WTA History

When we were born in 2009 we had a dream……. in the years since we have been continuously working to make it happen, and today, when we see the work of our trainers, we are proud of their great professionalism and passion to transmit our method in turn!

The greatest satisfaction for those of us who are involved with Training is that of seeing their Trainer work in an extremely professional, safe, effective, and engaging manner!

WTA Trainers are professionals who express their technical, physical, and human potential to the fullest on a daily basis! Only if you know a real Method that shapes you 360°, will you know how to gratify yourself and those who trust in you, with the work you do!

This is what the WTA has been doing since 2009: training Trainers with a scientific and elective Method, preparing them to operate in any sporting context with great satisfaction for themselves professionally and for those who rely on them!

WTA is Different!

The common thread that unites all the sectors of application of physical training, from that for aesthetics to that for performance, is that these trainings are focused too much on the final objective to be reached, and not on how to reach it while also respecting the neuromotor potential and the health of the person. In fact, in the case both of those training to reach aesthetic goals (from weight loss to muscular hypertrophy), and those training to condition their physical qualities for athletic sports preparation (from the Force to its derivatives, resistance, speed, and power), too much attention is paid to the final target and too little to the musculoskeletal/articular health and to the increase of the neuromotor potential of the person themselves.

The WTA Method puts the individual at the centre, and focusses on what one is capable of achieving when training, MOVING with total fluidity and control of the body in all of its parts.

Doing this necessarily starts from a clear and precise evaluation of the neuro-motor and biomechanical capacities of the person to go back to their starting point and from this, a scientific progression follows that begins with Joint Mobility and gradually arrives at the construction of the neuro-motor abilities and physical qualities.
